Paper Ingots Force 2013.01.02 Fountain Pen
Drawing
Prisoners busily assemble paper ingots and packaging. Prison regulations mean that all inmates must partake in jobs such as these. Do these activities have a positive impact on prisoners’ lives, and provide them with the skills to move away from crime after prison? Do they, as a result of their monotonous nature, scare inmates away from reoffending? Are they merely a way to avoid the boredom that comes with prison life? Or are they a way of keeping prisoners busy, and preventing their minds from wandering? |
