In accordance to the rule, it's forbidden to smoke in a cell which is to avoid prisoners burn the cotton or carrying out arson. Therefore, prisoners are not allowed to bring cigarettes into the cell. However, of course, it's impossible that if people are smoking in the daytime that they wouldn't feel any craving for cigarettes at night. Or craving for cigarettes in the weekday, but quit smoking on the weekend. That is why, prisoners still smoke in the cell. It must be pretty rare to see three people smoking in the toilet at the same time. It only happens in prison.在監獄裡的黑話打鼓就是吸菸的意思，照規定牢房裡是不能吸菸的，為的是怕收容人燒被子的棉絮縱火，所以收封是不可以帶菸進房的，但想也知道，不可能白天吸菸晚上就不會有菸癮吧！或者週一至週五有菸癮，例假日菸癮就完全不來。 於是牢房裡吸菸的潛規則於焉形成，廁所成了房內的吸菸處所，三兩個人一起擠在廁所的奇觀或許只有監所看得見⋯⋯
