The quantities of garbage multiply in the massive cleaning period. These are the inevitable outcomes from the affected environment by a typhoon.
In the name of environmental conservation, the prison monitors the numbers of kilos of garbage that come out of every yard and every ward-dorm. Weighing and keeping records garbage may be nothing but the end-game is always the same - the inter-yard monthly evaluation.
When there is a new measure from the top, there is a countermeasure from the bottom. Part of the garbage is affixed to finished products and get loaded onto trucks altogether. Otherwise, how is it possible to meet the average level of under one kilo of garbage per head per month?
There is nothing the prison can’t start a competition with.
這幾天大整理，垃圾量比平時多好幾倍，而這些垃圾自然是來自風災後的環境⋯⋯
為了推動環保，監獄裡丟垃圾都是斤斤計較的，每天各工場、舍房丟出來的垃圾都要先過磅、記錄，看來是好事，但搞到最後依舊變成比賽那套老戲碼：各工場按月評比⋯⋯
於是上有政策下有對策，垃圾部份趁作業成品出貨一起上了廠商的車，要不然你說說看，怎麼可能一個月平均垃圾量一個人還不到一公斤的？
不知監所還有什麼不能拿來比賽的⋯⋯
