Most people presume it’s easy to just put people behind bars. The banalities from dawn to dusk will drive you banana if things are not dedicated or well coordinated. There are more than one hundred people in a work yard whose entries and exits are under a variety of reasons.We can’t afford to miss counting. Supervisors ask for random roll-call, which is nothing, but if someone breaks out, the consequence will be beyond our imagination. This older man sitting by the door does one thing only - keeping his eyes on the head-count chart of the yard.
大家總以為把人關起來是簡單的事，但要是沒有細微的分工，單單處理日常瑣事可就會煩死人了，一個工場裡百來個人，出入的名目一大堆，人數可不能搞錯，不然長官玩「點點名」事小，人要是跑了問題可就大了。這位歐吉桑就坐門邊，專職顧著工場的人數表⋯⋯
