Any Left?
Fountain Pen Drawing  2016.09.25.

The moment of food distribution. The laborer uses a push cart to deliver food ward by ward. The quantity of the leftover reflects people’s obsession with food. The inmates who work in the cooking yard also serve their terms like others. One can figure out quickly how attentive they are to cooking. Inmates tend to describe the wok-styled prison food as “grass-chewing” flavorless. Everyday the prison throws away leftover that can feed many many others.

They have their favorites. The prison purchased a deep fryer, which bring friend food to every meal. Inmates usually lean close to their doors and ask laborers “any left?” Planning menus becomes much easier. Fried foods are popular.

The setback is the rate of cardiovascular disease among inmates has increased two years afterwards. We labor a lot in escorting out-of-prison medical assignments. This may link to the friend food in daily diet.
