The Incommunicado Wants to Borrow Books Fountain Pen  2016.12.17. The convict, on his way out, places the books he’s finished atop the bookcase, who then continues fumbling trying to find books he likes. The laborer looks through the returned books and rips the pages with any marks or writings. He hands the pages to us and tug the checked books back to the case.   The con asks “These are all old books. Any new ones? They are either Buddhist or psychological books.” The laborer answers without raising his head “Don’t blame me. The incommunicado are allowed to read religious and self-help titles only!” The con sighs “These kinds of books are dull and make one feel duller. And why even the Bible has so many pages missing? How can I read this way!” The laborer answers him while he’s tugging the books back into the case “First time in jail? Bible paper is ideal for making prison rolls - perfect for smooth burning.”
