Eight Juvenile Generals of

I’d estimate that the only time young offenders are quiet is when they are asleep. Even during roll call problems arise. After all, the youth and curiosity in them means that they like to rebel, challenge the rules and push the boundaries. Usually, it is very hard to discipline them. In our line of work we have a saying, “If their parents could have discipline them, they wouldn’t have ended up in here. They wouldn’t listen to their parents, let alone listen to you.”
Once my colleague A-chin
sighed, “There’s this kid who is very naughty and keeps making troubles. I
asked him if his parents felt sad for him. He replied that he did not have
parents.” Ah, it’s so sad.
