高牆與刺絲網圍成的監獄是司法制度最終站，是刑罰的執行處，是法治教育成敗的體現之地，也是犯罪人受矯治及庇護之所，身處司法體系最下游的我，反復思索著何謂自由？什麼是法治？國家人權的最底線到哪？犯罪的定義是什麼？刑罰的意義又何在？並試圖從中拼湊出正義的輪廓⋯⋯
